Can I order items in other sizes that shown on your website?

Perhaps we are able to help you anyway. Please contact our sales department at (+45) 43 86 83 33 for more information.

How do I change my personal information?

If you login on “My Proifle” you can change your data and choose a different password.

I have received another item than the one I ordered.

That is not good! Please contact our Sales Department at (+45) 43 86 83 33, at klee@klee.dk or by using the Chat and we will try to sort things out as soon as possible.

I have not received all my items - where is the rest?

It may be that some items are not in stock and will be sent to you later. Check the “open order” status in “My Profile” and/or contact our Sales Department at (+45) 43 86 83 33.

What happens when I want to order an item with unknown price?

When the “price tag” on the items says “unknown price” you can still place an order. When we receive your order we will calculate the price and send you an order confirmation. If you wish to know the price, please feel free to contact us.

 

When can I expect delivery of my goods?

We deliver goods in the best and cheapest way depending on box size, weight and the receiver’s location.

Where can I see order status?

When logged in you can see Open Orders in “My profile”. Here you can also reorder, see favourites etc. If the item has been shippet you can follow it using ”Track n´ Trace”.

Why am I not able to chat with you?

You may have tried to reach us outside opening hours. The Chat is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:15 and Friday from 8:00 til 14:30 hrs.

Why are some prices "unknown"?

The price of an item is “unknown” if we need to assemble and handle it in our workshop or if we need to have to get the item from our supplier. For price information please contact our Sales Department at (+45) 43 86 83 33.

Where do I find shipping costs?

Shipping costs depends on the item – a circlip is much cheaper to send than a big gearbox. You will find the shipping costs on your invoice, or you can contact our Sales Department at (+45) 43 86 83 33.

What happens if I order an item that must assembled?

The parts for the item will be handed over to our workshop where we will assemble it. This may cause a prolonged time of delivery.
