IR and Tax Policy

The Brd. Klee Group wants to maintain an open and comprehensive information policy in relation to all external stakeholders. Brd. Klee A/S will provide the stock market with an objective basis for pricing the company shares by giving information about the company’s activities, strategies, expectations and risk position.

In order to inform its shareholders and stakeholders in the financial market the Management will as a minimum provide quarterly information through NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. To fulfill the formal and informal commitments to the share market including NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, the Management will also immediately publish information on essential aspects that are likely to affect the price of Brd. Klee A/S shares.

The Management is positive about participating in meetings with investors, brokers, analysts, financial journalists etc. to provide information on its strategy and activities. To ensure compliance with disclosure requirements Brd. Klee A/S will not participate in investor meetings for a period of three weeks before the publication of financial statements.

All registered shareholders in Brd. Klee A/S will automatically receive notices of general meetings. If the general meeting is held at the company’s headquarters, the Management offers tours where the Management reports on implemented investments and activities.
