Axle set: Calibrated zinc-plated steel precision tube. The tube serves as a spacer, is tightened to the bracket with screw and nut to a un

Fixed plate bracket: Electrolytically zinc-plated steel sheet bracket.

Turning plate bracket: Electrolytically zinc-plated steel sheet bracket.
The presence of two ball turns and the direct contact between the plate and the ball race ring with built-in pin ensure excellent

Front-actuated brake: Total brake that locks the wheel and bracket rotation. The optimised dimensions and the retractible pedal ensure minimal space occupied and maximum actuation ease.

Phenolic based (PF) Duroplast monolithic wheel, resistant to temperatures up to 300°C.

Rolling action:
Hub with steel or stainless steel tube (SST executions) and PTFE bosses.

Zinc-plated steel or AISI 304 stainless steel (SST version) sheet, the bracket is designed to withstand loads up to 2000N. The special polyurethane with electrical resistivity <109 Ω prevents the accumulation of electrostatic charge. RE.F5-ESD wheels are therefore suitable for applications in "ESD PROTECTED AREAS" where all components sensitive to electrostatic discharges must be treated with the minimum risk of damage. The electrical specifications meet the requirements of the ISO 22878:2004 standard. The electrical resistivity values indicated have been measured in the temperature range 18-25°C (as per regulations). For environments with operating temperatures below 10°C, contact ELESA sales service. Suitable for use in environments with the presence of atmospheric agents, alcohols and glycols, use in environments with the presence of organic and mineral acids, basic solutions and saturated vapour is not recommended. Excellent rolling resistance and elasticity features, high wear and tearing resistance.

Brake:

The braking efficacy may be adjusted with a socket head screw M8 (only for wheels with rear brake RE.F5-150-200).

E+G RE.F1 polyurethane wheel with excellent rolling resistance, elasticity, and noiselessness features, good wear and tearing resistance and good capacity to overcome obstacles.
The wheel is suitable for use in environments with the presence of atmospheric agents, alcohols and glycols, weak organic and mineral acids, water and saturated vapour.
