Elesa+Ganter GN 422 cabinet “U” handles come with one or two push buttons. Each button has a changeover switch and integrated LED ring lighting.
When the button is pressed, an electrical control impulse to switch off a machine, for example, can be triggered based on the wiring of the contacts (NC or NO). Independent whether or not the button is actuated, the integrated LED ring lighting shines either red or green depending on the polarity of connections 1 and 2 of the LED.
The cabinet „U“ handle is functional and highly compact and can be used for any application due to its universal design.

Material: Glass-fibre reinforced polyamide based (PA) technopolymer. Resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemical agents.
Colour: Grey-black, matte finish.
Push button: Light-blue technopolymer, glossy finish.
Caps: Technopolymer, grey-black colour, matte finish. Supplied assembled, removable by a screwdriver.
Hole: Brass bosses, threaded blind hole.
EBR-PN is supplied with quick couplings for direct fitting of a tube Ø 4 mm for pneumatics.
The handle is available in the following standard executions:
- EBR-PN-3/2-NO: the pneumatic valve is normally open. The actuation of the button closes the air passage.
- EBR-PN-3/2-NC: the pneumatic valve is normally closed. The actuation of the button opens the air passage.
- EBR-PN-5/2: the actuation of the button switches the output channel of the air, between the two available.

Elesa+Ganter EBR-SWB Handle with bistable electronic switch.
This handle is used when it is necessary for the switching to be prolonged over time. Through external logic, the Leds can be configured to indicate the specific status of the button. Example: button in neutral position green Led on, button switched on red Led off. The mechanical life of the button is 200000 cycles. In case of use of an extension with angled connector, the direction of the cable output is shown in the Fig.1. EBR-SWB handle can be assembled with EBR neutral handle. The device is made up of a bistable normally open contact (NO). Switching takes place by pressing the purple button, and remains switched until pressed again.

E+G M.2000-SWM bridge handle in self-extinguishing technopolymer with monostable electrical switch.
These handles are typically assembled on machine doors or protections. With the appropriate electrical connection, it is possible to configure the colour of the LED strip to indicate the status of the guard.
