CFA-F hinges are recommended when the opening of the door must not exceed the limit of 90°. Once the hinge is fitted onto the machine/door, the teeth of the detent system remain inside the hinge. Thus the operator cannot reach them for the safety of his hands.

CFO offset lift-off hinges allow the adjustment of the inclination of the door on the frame. They can be mounted on doors which open on the right or on the left side. The PMC plates allow different hinges to be fitted on the same door/jamb.
For example, it is possible to use a CFVT detent hinge with a CFSW hinge with built-in safety switch to create a door that remains open in certain positions and has a safety function in case of accidental opening (see Fig. 1).
