E+G GN 19 Levelling foot

E+G GN 19 levelling foot in stainless steel from Elesa+Ganters Hygenic Design serie.

GN 19 comply with the 3-A sanitary standard 88-01 and the DGUV testing principles, making them suitable for use in inhygienic areas. The elastomer pad seals the space below the foot plate against dirt. This is achieved by the weight of the machine on the plate, and he high quality finish prevents adherence of dirt and facilitates cleaning.

E+G GN 6226 Spacer

Stainless steel spacers GN 6226 are intended for use in hygienic areas (HD-series).

The sealed mounting surfaces enable fastening without dead spaces. The high quality finish prevents adherence of dirt and facilitates cleaning.

Spacers are used to fasten parts at an offset parallel to their plane of installation. This avoids doubling up on surfaces and leaves space for cleaning. The internal thread can alternatively be used as a throughhole by a screw with a smaller thread.

Choose between two types of sealing:
- H: H-NBR
- E: EPDM

Elesa+Ganter NT. nuts for levelling elements Standard executions - NT: zinc-plated steel. - NT-SST: AISI 304 stainless steel. Conformity UNI 5588 DIN 934. The compensating element is levelled by means of fine thread between the foot and support elements using a C-Spanner and can be locked, if necessary, with a slotted nut that can be easily ordered for each type. Thanks to an integrated circlip, the levelling thread can be prevented from being unscrewed completely, ensuring the minimum screw-in depth.

Elesa+Ganter GN 355.2 levelling element.

Stainless Steel-Levelling parts GN 355.2 are used for levelling and adjustment in machines and equipment. They consist of a levelling screw, a socket cap screw with disk and a spherical washer. The levelling screw and spherical washer are permanently connected together.

The external diameter of the spherical washer d4 is smaller than the thread core diameter d1, thereby also making mounting possible when the seating is inaccessible. After making the adjustment using the assembly tools GN 355.1 available as an accessory, the screw is tightened firmly causing the levelling screw and the spherical washer to spread and is secured in this way against twisting in the threaded hole.

The values for w and x given in the table and for the static load capacity are to be seen as reference values which may differ depending on the prevailing situation. In general, they do not constitute a warranty of condition. The user must determine whether the product is suitable for the intended purpose.

The static load values in the table in the datasheet refer to the resistance to a load applied on the axis of the levelling element.
Under common working conditions, any lateral or angular stress that may affect the no-slip disk resistance must also be taken into consideration.
Under particularly severe working conditions or on adherent surfaces the LSX.A-AS execution with SBR rubber no-slip disk may not be optimal. In these cases see also LS.A-AS.

Machine feet GN 37 are characterized by their solid construction and large variety. They are used especially on large and heavy systems and machines. Foot plates and threaded studs are not connected together, during setup they are automatically centered by the radius at the contact point. The through-hole allows the machine feet to be attached centrally to the ground, making them ideal for compressive and tensile loads.

Type B with rubber underlay prevents slipping to the side, protects delicate surfaces and dampens vibrations and tremors.
Type C with O-ring provides a seal over the ground to prevent the build-up of dirt under the foot.
When used in conjunction with a collection pan, lubricants for example cannot escape to reach the underlying surface.
