Hepco Simple Select is the easy and safe choice when you want reliable linear propulsion. Hepco Simple Select is offered in four sizes. Supplied complete with carriage and rail - ready for installation. A broad program with many options.

Hepco GV3 is Hepco's 3rd generation of the well-known V rail profile and V-bearing program which ensures good and reliable linear propulsion. The design of the V-bearings minimizes stuck dirt and debris in the rail systems and thus minimizes downtime.

Hepco SL2 is the stainless counterpart to GV3 rail systems. SL2 can be used where stainless solutions are recommended and where an FDA approved solution is required.

Hepco DualVee is a flexible system consisting of rails, wheels and bushings (eccentric and concentric). Rails are supplied in lengths  up to 6096 mm. Carts are customized by the user. Offered in four different sizes in stainless/stainless steel or hardened steel.

Hepco BSP are threaded spindles/ball spindles with DIN nuts in three basic types: Fast - standard - small. Lengths up to 3000 mm. Produced according to drawing. Also spindles and nuts in steel and stainless materials.

Hepco SH are linear vibration dampers and end stops suitable for Hepco linear systems. Prevents damage from moving objects.

Hepco HDS2 are Heavy Duty rail systems - also option for stainless steel. 2 rail sizes with V guides.

With bearings Ø64 to Ø150 mm. V-bearings are very suitable for aggressive environments. Capacity up to 68 kN.

Hepco UtiliTrak is a cost-effective rail system that is easy to mount/install and requires minimal maintenance.

Hepco HLG is a range of recirculating ball guides brings a new dimension to linear motion by offering smooth low friction movement, high rigidity and an excellent load capacity. The range is available in standard sizes and offers the unique bleed lubrication system that enables blocks to be re-greased through the rail, making it easy to set up an automatic lubrication facility.

Blocks have a highly effective sealing arrangement at both ends and along the sides. This prevents serious dirt ingress and enables grease to be retained, where it matters, to lubricate the internal tracks.

For manual applications there is the option of a fitted brake that enables blocks to be firmly locked in position.

The HLG range also includes a miniature series, Hepco MLG that are stainless miniature linear ball guides which work by having the carriage contact the rail via a four-point 45° angle ball contact. It has two return ball races per carriage, which provides very easy movement with low friction over the entire stroke of the carriage. This results in an extremely good carrying capacity in places where space is tight.

Hepco's range of extreme temperature and vacuum bearings are suitable for the most challenging environments.
