About Bonfiglioli
Since 1973 Brd. Klee is official Danish distributor of Bonfiglioli gears and gearmotors. We are Bonfiglioli BEST partner meaning that we assemble gears and gearmotors ourselves in our workshop in Albertslund, Denmark. If you want a geabox with a special coating or in an individual colour we can handle this.
We have our own technical department with Bonfiglioli specialists with years of experience and help you with dimensioning, calculations and 3D drawings.

Worm gears (VF- og W-gear)
We offer universal worm gears and gearmotors in the VF/W series. VF/W is known for its long operating lifetime and reliability. We supply worm gears assembled and fitted with ac motors.

Bevel helical gearboxes type A
Our series of Bevel helical gearboxes is called A-gears and is offered with torque from 100 to 14,000 NM.
The A series combines high efficiency and reliability, low maintenance costs and a wide torque range. The right-angled layout between INPUT and OUTPUT makes the A series particularly compact. The A series can be combined with a wide range of Bonfiglioli electric motors: Asynchronous motors both IEC and compact (BN-BE-BX/M-ME-MX), servo motors (BMD) and reluctance motors (BSR) can be connected to the A series.

Helical gearboxes type C
Bonfiglioli's gear range is called C-gear and is synonymous with first-class reliability, efficiency, robustness and a wide output torque range. The extremely wide range of gear ratios, achieved through 2-, 3- or 4-speed versions, allows to adapt the C series to any application and find the optimal solution for the output speed requirements. The design is space-saving. The C series can be combined with a wide range of Bonfiglioli electric motors, e.g. asynchronous motors both IEC and compact (BN-BE-BX/M-ME-MX), servo motors (BMD) and reluctance motors (BSR) can be connected to the C series.

Helical gearboxes type S
Bonfiglioli S-gears are compact and robust single-stage pinion gears. The design makes the series suitable for e.g. pump, fan and blower applications. To meet the needs of customers in these sectors, the S series is also available in foot or flange versions and can be combined with Bonfiglioli electric motors, such as asynchronous motors both IEC and compact (BN-BE-BX/M-ME-MX) and reluctance motors (BSR).
S-gear is a cost-effective solution that requires minimal space.

Gearbox type TA
Shaft-mounted gear and geared motors in the TA series are suitable for harsh environments such as gravel pits and quarries, where reliability and low maintenance are key factors. TA gears are also very compact in relation to their performance. Options include stops that prevent reverse travel in the case of inclined conveyors. TA gears can be combined with a wide range of Bonfiglioli electric motors, e.g. asynchronous motors, both IEC and compact (BN-BE-BX/M-ME-MX).

Bonfiglioli planetary gear Series 300M
Bonfiglioli Trasmital series 300 gears are compact and extremely strong planetary gears. Really suitable for heavy duty tasks. Configurable in thousands of variants. Available with hydraulic input and with various motors mounted.

Heavy duty series HDO bevel gears and HDP parallel shaft gears
Bonfiglioli HDO bevel gears and HDP parallel shaft gears are Bonfiglioli's powerhouses used in industrial applications.

– Valve cooling, cooling coil or oil heater
– External cooling unit and temperature and oil level sensors
– Integrated oil trap that prevents oil spillage
– Taconite seal
– ATEX certification for explosive environments.
