Statutory statement regarding the underrepresented gender in according with section 99b at the Danish financial statement act.
Brd. Klee A/S is subject to the legislation about “Target and policies for the gender composition of the management.” To meet the requirements thereof Brd. Klee A/S will be working to increase the number of women in Brd. Klee A/S both the board and in other management levels.
