Elesa+Ganter HVF. with visual flow indicator and flow-meter sensor.
The inductive sensor, completely separated from the liquid passage area, reads the passage of the two metal clips mounted on the rotor, providing a frequency variation that can be transformed into a reading of the flow rate by connection to a PLC.

Ends made from Polypropylene based (PP) technopolymer, black colour, matte finish. With brass bosses and NBR synthetic rubber gasket. Axis and rotor propeller made from Polypropylene based (PP) technopolymer, red colour.

The special technopolymer used for HCX.INOX-BW column level indicator allows to use it even in circuits working with very hot
water and prevents milk effect on the transparent surface.

Protection frame in glass-fibre reinforced polyamide based (PA) SUPER-technopolymer, black colour, matte finish. Supplied assembled, removable by a screwdriver.

Screws, nuts and washers are made from Zinc-plated steel. (type HCX-PT).
AISI 303 stainless steel screws, AISI 304 stainless steel nuts and washers. (type HCX-PT-SST).
Glass-fibre reinforced polyamide based (PA) SUPER-technopolymer screws, AISI 304 stainless steel nuts and washers. (type HCX-PT-VT).

Packing rings are suppæied in two qualities:
NBR synthetic rubber O-Ring. (type HCX-PT and HCX-PT-VT).
FKM type VITON®*O-Ring. (type HCX-PT-SST).
Suggested roughness of the packing ring application surface Ra = 3 µm.

Contrast screen in white lacquered aluminium.

The housing, in the appropriate external rear slot, guarantees the best protection from direct contact with fluid. It can be taken out from the inclined side, before assembly to allow the insertion of level lines or words.

Maximum continuous working temperature is 90°C (with oil).

Oil level indicators GN 743.4 offer the following features:
Genuine glass of high stability and scratch proof. The sealing is achieved with an O-ring on the periphery and not on the face edge of the glass. Leak tightness is therefore not affected by axial pressures.

The outside diameter of these oil level sight glasses with recessed hexagon is chosen to match mounting holes for tobe connections according to DIN 3852.

The seal is housed in a groove and it can therefore not be lost. In addition, this groove prevents the seal from being extruded when the sight glass is tightened. The location of this seal allows also the use of a softer Elastomer which guarantees better and easier sealing.

Oil level indicators GN 743.4 can be used on pressurised oil tanks. Tests regarding maximum pressure are available on.

These oil level sight glasses are suitable for applications with subpressure.

E+G GN 7404 two-way breathable membranes are used with constructing housings and equipment. When installed in the wall of a housing, they can be used to
equalize the pressure between the interior of the housing and the surrounding area. Any dirt, dust, oil, or water in the gaseous medium is kept out. This prevents dirt and moisture from entering the interior of the housing and prevents oil from dripping into the surrounding area.

E+G GN 7430 Mounting nuts

Elesa+Ganter GN 7430 mounting nuts are used, for example, to fasten breather elements, oil level sight glasses or threaded plugs when the wall is too thin for inserting a thread or this is to be avoided for manufacturing simplification. The sufficiently large hexagonal profile is chamfered on one side only, which increases the bearing surface and the thread length. The stainless steel versions can be secured inside the housing by spot welds to facilitate assembly, they are generally suitable for applications with aggressive environmental conditions.

In addition to guaranteeing the OR-ring retention, the seat for the housing allows an optimal seal even with minimum tightening torques.

Maximum continuous working temperature 100°C.

Test:
In laboratory tests carried out with mineral oil type CB68 (according to ISO 3498) at 23°C for a limited period of time, the values of pressure resistance were much higher than 100 bar.

In any case, we suggest to check the suitability of the product with regard to the fluid nature, operating temperature and application type under the actual working conditions.
